One of the popular housing arrangements is through homestay.
The minimum stay with a host family is 3 months.
Host families can be
single people with a room to rent, families with young children, children your
age, or grown children. Some families have two parents, some have only one.
Regardless of the kind of family that houses you, this is a wonderful way to
learn more about the American lifestyle, improve your English, and be part of a
family! Host families live within busing, biking or walking distance from the college.

- Studio & 1-bedroom apartments cost approximately $550-$850 per month
- 2 bedroom apartments cost approximately $800 - $1,150 per month
There are many apartments available close to the college.
Most apartments are unfurnished and require a minimum 6-month lease.
Cost of utilities and phone are not included in the price. Although the
college housing office cannot find an off-campus apartment for you, we will
direct you to listings to help you.
